Jonathan Waters, Master Chef of Great Britain, prepares fresh seasonal local food. He prides himself on creating menus which change regularly to reflect the changing seasons. His menu ranges from basic pub classics to more restaurant style dishes.
Jonathan has worked for us since 2006 & was an integral part of the creation of Whites Restaurant.
Previously he worked locally & has built up strong ties with local suppliers. Jonathan heads up a small team including Heather - his second chef - as well as several part time staff. They all work very closely & strive to provide mouth watering dishes.
Jonathan is happy to discuss any dietary requirements or special requests.
